R319 MULRANNY – ACHILL ROAD AT TONRAGEE ROAD SCHEME
The proposed development, which would consist of, inter alia, improvements to the R319 Road and Greenway, would be located in the Town lands of Owenduff and Tonragee East in the D.E.D of Corraun, Achill, County Mayo.
The proposed development would be composed of:
MAYO COUNTY COUNCIL (hereinafter referred to as “the local authority”) proposes to seek the approval of An Bord Pleanála for the proposed development under Section 177AE (30 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000, as inserted by Section 57 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act, 2010. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of the proposed development. An Bord Pleanála may give approval to the application for development with or without conditions or may refuse the application for development.
Submissions and observations may be made to An Bord Pleanála on the proposed development relation to-
i. the implications of the proposed development for proper planning and sustainable development in the area concerned.
ii. the likely effects on the environment of the proposed development, and
iii. the likely significant effects of the proposed development on a European site, if carried out.
Submissions and observations should be made in writing to An Bord Pleanála 64 Marlborough, Street, Dublin 1 before 5.00pm on Tuesday 14th May 2013.
