LOUGH MASK REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY SCHEME - EXTENSION FROM BALLINROBE TO KILMAINE
Pursuant to the requirements of the Planning & Development Act 2000 to 2010 and of Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 to 2012, Mayo County Council hereby gives notice of its intent to carry out development at Kilmaine Park, Kilmaine, Co. Mayo, particulars of which are set out in the Schedule hereunder.

The Scheme will include the following works:

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at the following locations:
- Mayo County Council Offices, Áras an Chontae, Castlebar, Co.Mayo.
- Ballinrobe Area Office, Kilmaine Road, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo.
From 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on each day during which the said office is open for transaction of business, for a period beginning the 30th April 2013 and ending the 14th June 2013.
Submissions or observations with regard to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the proposed development would be situated, may be made in writing to Iain Douglas, Senior Planner, Mayo County Council, Áras an Chontae, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, and shall be submitted not later than 5.00pm on the 28th June 2013
