Proposed Extension to The Neale Burial Ground, The Neale, Claremorris, Co. Mayo
Pursuant to the requirements of Section 179 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act 2000, as amended, and Part VIII of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Regulations 2001 – 2012 , notice is hereby given that Mayo County Council proposes to carry out development – particulars of which are set out in the Schedule hereunder:
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the following Offices during normal opening hours from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on each day during which the said offices are open for the transaction of business, for a period from 27th January 2014 to 11th March 2014:
- Planning Office, MayoCounty Council, Áras an Chontae, Castlebar
- MayoCounty Council Office, Kilmaine Road, Ballinrobe
- MayoCounty Council Office, Kilcolman Road, Claremorris

Submissions or observations with regard to the proposed development dealing with proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situate, may be made in writing to the undersigned, to be received not later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday 28th March 2014. Submissions should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Submission on Proposed Development Works at The Neale Burial Ground, The Neale, Claremorris, Co. Mayo”.
