- Rural Housing Design Guidelines (PDF 1.6MB) A Strategic Environmental Assessment Report (PDF--7MB), including a non-technical summary, has been prepared setting out the likely significant environmental effects of implementation of the Draft County Development Plan in accordance with the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations.
