Draft Policy Document on Community Benefit Contributions
Mayo County Council has prepared a draft policy document on Community Benefit Contributions for certain major developments. Community Benefit is a contribution from a developer of a specific project for the benefit of the community affected by the development where the development will have long term effects on the environment. Written submissions/observations can be made to Mayo County Council by Friday 31st August 2012. Details of which are attached to the Public Notice below:
