Local Area Plans
A Local Area Plan is a framework for development in a town for the next 6 years. A Local Area Plan includes zoning of lands for particular uses and objectives for the proper planning and sustainable development of a particular area, including detail on community facilities & amenities and on standards for the design of development and structures.
