Proposed Amendments Document: The proposed amendments, which include changes to both the text and various maps in the previously displayed Kiltimagh Draft LAP, are set out in this document. Any submissions made to the Planning Authority before 5pm, 22nd April 2010 will be taken into consideration before the making of the Local Area Plan. Details on making submissions or observations are set out in the Proposed Amendments document and on the Public Notice.

The Draft Kiltimagh Local Area Plan with accompanying maps is currently on public display from 24th November until the 8th January 2010. Submissions or observations in respect of the Draft Plan are invited. The closing date for receipt of submissions or observations is 5pm on the 8th January 2010.

Submissions and Observations


Submissions or observations in respect of the Draft Local Area Plan made to the Planning Authority during the inspection period 24th November, 2009 to 8th January, 2010 will be taken into consideration before the making of the Local Area Plan.   

All submissions should be made in writing (hard copy or email), headed “Draft Kiltimagh Local Area Plan” and  forwarded to:
