Required Documents


  1. The relevant page of the newspaper in which the notice of the application has been published.
  2. Six copies of site location map of sufficient size and detail to identify the site to which the application relates.
  3. One copy of the site notice.
  4. A plan showing the position of the site notice or notices affixed to the land or structure.
  5. Six copies of such plans, including a site layout plan and drawings of floor plans, elevations and sections which comply with the requirements of the Regulations, and describe the works to which the application relates.
  6. A schedule listing the drawings described in (E).
  7. A Section 97 Certificate (if applicable).
  8. The appropriate fee.

All maps must be in metric scale.
