Proposed Variation No. 2 Westport Town and Environs Plan 2010-2016
Westport Town Council and Mayo County Council propose to make Variation No. 2 to the Westport Town and Environs Plan 2010-2016. The proposed variation is to include a Core Strategy and associated ammendments into the Westport Town and Environs Development Plan 2010-2016.
The Proposed variation has been subject to Strategic Environmenatal Assessment (SEA) and Habitats Directive Assessment (HDA). The SEA screening has determined that the proposed variation will not have significant effects on the environment and an environmental report is not required. The HDA screening has indicated that an Appropriate Assessment is not required.
Submission or observations with respect to the proposed variation may be made in writing to Ann Moore, Town Cleck, Westport Town Council, Westport Civic Offices, Altamount Street, Westport Co.Mayo or e-mailed to dkeane@mayococo.ie not later than 5pm Friday 27th January 2012
