NOTICE OF THE PREPARATION OF THE DRAFT BALLINA TOWN AND ENVIRONS DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2009 - 2015.

Notice is hereby given that Ballina Town Council and Mayo County Council pursuant to Section 12 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 have prepared the Draft Ballina Town and Environs Development Plan 2009 - 2015.

The Draft Plan will be on public display from Monday, 19^th May, 2008 to Monday, 28^thJuly, 2008 (inclusive) at Civic Offices, Ballina, Aras an Chontae, Castlebar and Ballina Public Library during normal office hours.

The Draft Plan can also be viewed on Mayo County Councils website www.mayococo.ie.

Submissions and observations in respect of the Draft Plan will be taken into consideration before the Plan is adopted by the Council. These should be made in writing and received by 5.00 pm on Monday, 28^th July, 2008 marked:
