Proposed Erection of Dwellings

Pursuant to the requirements of Section 179 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 and Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 as amended, notice is hereby given that Mayo County Council proposes to carry out developments, particulars of which are set out in the Schedule hereunder.

Plans and particulars of the proposed developments will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at Mayo County Council Area Office, Belmullet Civic Centre, Church Road, Belmullet from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on each day during which the said offices are open for the transaction of business, for a period ending the 10th September 2009.

Submissions or observations with regard to the proposed developments, dealing with proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the developments would be situate, may be made in writing to The Secretary, Mayo County Council, Church Road, Belmullet, not later than 4.00 p.m. on 24th September 2009.
