Important Notice tb December and 2 nd January (both dates inclusive), for making submissions/observations on planning applications, and to keep site notices in place. & Development Act 2000, provides that in calculating any appropriate period between 24th December and the first day of January, both days inclusive, shall be disregarded.

Section 251 ofthe Planning
Accordingly, all time limits specified in connection with the planning application process, including time limits relating to the maintenance of site notices and receipt of submissions or observations are extended by 9 days.
