All Ireland Poetry Day this year takes place on October 6th 2011 and Mayo County Council Arts Office & Library Service are delighted to announce that on the day mayo writers will have the opportunity to take part in Poetry Snack workshops at Castlebar Library on the day.
Poetry Snack workshops offer writers an opportunity to bring along a poem-in-progress for feedback. Martin Dyar & Susan Millar DuMars will be at Castlebar Library from 3pm until 6pm to offer one to one responses to individual poets about their poems and to engage with whatever other queries they might have.
Each one to one session will run for 15 minutes and must be booked in advance. Please book on 094-9047558 or 094-9047936.
