Sally McKenna has been welding her sculpture for thirty years and still enjoys the process of turning on her torch.   Sally will open the large, newly renovated Glore Mill Art Centre sculpture studio to you. The session is limited to two people.   She will demonstrate the use of an oxyacetylene gas unit to weld and braise steel and copper. The student will make a small butterfly sculpture with soldering techniques.  A photo of a butterfly sculpture is in the Gift for Your Garden page of the web site.  http://www.sallymckenna.com/wild_fire_torch_metalworking.htm                                              A tea break is included, please bring a light lunch. Beverages are provided.  Limited to two people. Cost is 80 euros each. Bookings are ongoing, choose your own day and your own partner.  If you don't have a partner individual tuition is 160 euros.
