Having started in April, RTÉ1 will feature Ireland's first ever Musical Theatre talent show with a life changing prize - a guaranteed starring role in a full-scale musical that tours Ireland and comes to Castlebar from 14th – 19th September.

Fame The Musical is Ireland's largest ever musical theatre search to find the characters of Nick and Serena for the musical version of the renowned movie and TV Series, Fame. Fame - The Musical is set to be one of the country's most ambitious tours of a West End production to date

As a TV audience you can follow the journey of the potential cast members weekly at 6.30pm on RTÉ1 from Sunday 11 April right through to the winners being crowned on the final of the 8 live TV shows on Sunday 13 June.

With fabulous sets and the country's top production team, this subsequent live stage show featuring the TV show winners, promises to be a spectacular event.
