Féile Iorrais 2010 will screen five international films in Áras Inis Gluaire during the festival. Admission to all the films is free for members of the Erris Film Club. Membership is €5. These are the five films:

Waveriders [Ireland 2008]  - 5.00 p.m. Sat, 17th July

Highly acclaimed story of Ireland’s surfing history featuring stunning & awe-inspiring surfing footage.

Cult teen vampire movie awarded Best Film in the 2009 Jameson Dublin International Film Festival. (You may have heard of this film called by its English name - Let the Right One In.)

Night of the Hunter [USA 1955] - 8.30 p.m. Mon, 19th July

Truly compelling, haunting and frightening - one of the greatest American films of all time.

Dean Spanley [New Zealand 2008] - 2.00 p.m. Tues, 20th July

Award-winning historical drama starring Peter O’Toole.

Katyn [Poland 2007] -  8.30 p.m. Wed, 21st July

A powerful, personal depiction of wartime tragedy -nominated for Best Foreign Film in the 2009 Oscars.
