Glaoch d’ Ealaíontóirí

TOSTA: TRÉIMHSE CHÓNAITHEACHTA & TIONSCNAMH UM MALARTÚ EALAÍONTÓIRÍ.

(Togra idir Éirinn, Albain, An Bhreatain Bheag, Corn na Breataine, An Fhreaslainn, An Ghailís

agus Cathair Chultúrtha na hEorpa – Donostia/San Sebastian 2016 le Topagunea)

Ealaíontóir Gaeltachta (le Gaeilge) ag dul go dtí Marrum, baile beag san Fhreaslainn san Ísiltír.

An tionscnamh: Tréimhse Chónaitheachta: Deis a thabhairt d’Ealaíontóir am a chaitheamh sa san Fhreaslainn, agus deis a thabhairt dó nó di saothar a chruthú a thugann léargas ar theagmháil, tuiscint nó comhrá an ealaíontóra leis an bpobal teanga ina mbeidh sé/sí lonnaithe ar feadh na tréimhse cónaitheachta. Beidh an saothar a chruthaítear le linn na tréimhse cónaitheachta á léiriú mar chuid den togra TOSTA.

Cúlra agus comhthéacs an tionscnaimh: D’eascair an smaoineamh don togra TOSTA as ócáid a d’eagraigh Ealaín na Gaeltachta trí bliana ó shin. Tháinig eagrais chultúrtha ó na réigiúin Cheilteacha agus ó na cultúir neamhfhorleathana le chéile faoi scáth na comhpháirtíochta, Na Comharsana Ceilteacha. Rinneadh iniúchadh ar na deiseanna a bhaineann le tograí comhpháirtíochta cultúrtha a fhorbairt agus ar dheiseanna le tograí a fhorbairt le chéile.

AN TOGRA TOSTA:

Tarraingíonn an togra go leor eilimintí le chéile, ina measc: ceiliúradh a dhéanamh ar an ilchineálacht cultúir agus teanga; saothair ealaíon a chur chun cinn; straitéis nuálach cumarsáide agus bainistiú na dteangacha páirteach.

Seolfar “lastais chultúrtha” amach ó na réigiúin éagsúla agus beidh cláir ealaíon agus féilte bunaithe timpeall ar theacht i dtír an lastais ag pointí faoi leith sna réigiúin atá páirteach. Beidh 2–3 fhéile eagraithe sna áiteanna sin le haird a tharraingt ar na réimsí seo a leanas: éagsúlacht chultúrtha na hEorpa; clár DSS 2016; saothar na n-ealaíontóirí ó na pobail theangeolaíocha uile atá páirteach. Tá an ghairm ar ealaíontóirí don tréimhse chónaitheachta mar eilimint amháin den mhórthogra TOSTA.

Príomhaidhmeanna TOSTA:

  • Feasacht ar éagsúlacht teangacha na hEorpa a mhéadú; ar mhionteangacha agus ar mhionchultúir go háirithe.
  • Deiseanna a chruthú d’ealaíontóirí mionteangacha oibriú ag leibhéal idirnáisiúnta; oibriú i gcomhpháirtíocht lena chéile; agus deis a thabhairt dóibh tacaíocht a thabhairt dá chéile.
  • Na hacmhainní agus scileanna a thabhairt do na pobail éagsúla le tograí eile a fhorbairt
  • Go bhfágfadh TOSTA oidhreacht smaointe, cumas agus forbartha breis comhpháirtíochtaí ina dhiaidh

An Tréimhse Chónaitheachta:

Beidh malartú ealaíontóirí idir na réigiúin atá páirteach i TOSTA agus beidh na healaíontóirí lonnaithe sa phobal áitiúil.

Réimsí Ealaíon:  Tá an tréimhse chónaitheachta seo ar oscailt do chuile réimse ealaíon agus cuirfear fáilte faoi leith roimh ealaíontóirí a oibríonn ar thograí idirdhisciplíneacha. Níl an ceol luaite go sonrach leis an tairiscint seo toisc nach bhfeileann sé do chritéir an réigiúin óstaigh sa bhFreaslainn.

Cuirfear fáilte faoi leith roimh thagairtí cruthaitheacha do mhionteangacha na n-ealaíontóirí páirteacha, an pobal óstach agus an togra Tosta.

Dátaí na tréimhse cónaitheachta:  Tréimhse sé seachtaine ó 7 Márta go 16 Aibreán 2016.

Téarmaí agus gnéithe na tréimhse cónaitheachta:
