The Snakes
The Snakes continue rehearse 4-6 every Monday at Holy Trinity School in Westport new members are welcome. Upcoming events include a new performance piece with Danceworld in Ballina as part of a show at the new Ballina Art center at the end of May. The piece is called Supernova and will combine the drumming skills and the dance skills of both groups. Rehearsals are ongoing and it promises to be a very exciting and unique performance.
The Snakes have been asked back to perform at the Westport Arts Festival for the fourth year running and are looking forward to it. The group is currently working hard on their new show, which will be ready for a performance sometime during the summer.
