CHARGES FOR FIRE BRIGADE SERVICES

A charge will be made for the attendance of the Fire Brigade for the year 2012 as follows:

Attendance at domestic chimney fire:                    €150.00

Attendance at all other domestic incidents      

Rate per hour                                                              €750.00

Attendance at all other types of buildings and at

all incident types will be based on a rate per

fire appliance per hour.  The rate for 2012 is          €750.00

An invoice will be issued for the appropriate charge based on the above rates after the Fire Brigade has attended and the co-operation of all persons availing of this service in paying the invoice promptly is requested.

Mayo County Council would like to remind all persons who may on some occasions require the attention of the Fire Brigade that they should consult with their insurance company and satisfy themselves that they have adequate insurance cover to meet all fire brigade charges as outlined above.
