Mayo Golden Mile Competition 2008
Mayo County Council invites community groups to enter the Golden Mile of Mayo Competition.
The aim of this competition is to foster a greater appreciation of and regard for our country roadscapes by rural dwellers and visitors alike. This can be done through the preservation and careful maintenance of the flora and fauna, ditches, traditional stone walls and other natural and man-made features in a litter free environment.
Closing date for receipt of completed application forms is Friday 27th June 2008.
