Bunaíodh Féile Siúlóidí Acla i 2002 agus, tá sé anois mar imeacht socraithe i bhféilire siúlóídí na hÉireann. Gné shuntasach ar leith d'Fhéile Siúlóidí Acla is ea ábhar na siúlóidí treoraithe. Tugann na treoraí cainteanna eolasacha agus siamsaíocha le linn na siúlóidí treoraithe, ag tarraingt aird ar na pointí spéise, stair áitiúil agus sonraí tíreolaíocha agus seandálaíocha. Ciallaíonn sé seo ar fad gur taithí siúlóide ar leith é Féile Siúlóidí Acla, i gceann de na suímh siúlóide is iontaí in Éirinn.
