MAYO COUNTY COUNCIL LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS SCHEMES
Mayo County Council invites applications for the above scheme in respect of projects which will provide for the construction, improvements and reconstruction of non public roads or bridges.
It is a condition of the scheme that
- the non public road serves at least two parcels of land, which are owned or occupied by different persons.
or - provides access for harvesting purposes (including turf or seaweed) for two or more persons
or - shall in the opinion of the Council be used by the public.

Completed applications must be returned to the above address before the closing date.
Applications received since 1st January, 2004 remain valid in 2007.
Applicants who have applied under the scheme prior to 1st January, 2004 must reapply.
The closing date for receipt of applications is 5 p.m. on Friday 30th March, 2007.
