Current Projects

The Rural Water Programme 2016-2018 is beginning to address development of the rural water sector, within the overall Water Sector Reform Programme.

The application for funding in 2016 has to also provide a perspective of funding needs for 2017 & 2018, under 6 measures:-

1. Environmental & public health compliance
2. Enhancement of existing schemes
3. Rural development
4. Transition of schemes to public water and waste water
5. Innovation & research
6. Individual wells & on-site waste water treatment systems
