TO CONSIDER REPORT DATED 15th MAY, 2003, IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 8 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT) REGULATIONS, 2001, AND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 2001, IN RESPECT OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF 19 NO. DWELLINGS AND RESOURCE / COMMERCIAL UNIT AT ST. GERARD’S COURT, BALLYHAUNIS.

The County Manager informed the Members that a visit had been arranged, for a group of 10, to Ballina Beverages (Coca Cola) in Ballina on Friday, 30th May, 2003, at 2.30 p.m.
