Cllr. G. Murray referred to Minute No. 415/02 of 24th June, 2002 – "That the County Manager give consideration to making professional advice available to the Members in relation to the preparation of the Mayo County Development Plan".

Following discussion, the Deputy Co. Manager agreed to report on the matter of professional advice for Councillors in relation to the Mayo County Development Plan at County Council Meeting to be held on Monday, 29th July, 2002.
A further discussion took place in relation to the Industrial Estate at Moneen, Castlebar, and it was

ITEM NO. 2.
TO CONSIDER REPORT DATED 6th JUNE, 2002, IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 8 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT) REGULATIONS, 2001, AND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 2001, IN RESPECT OF REFURBISHMENT AND CHANGE OF USE OF EXISTING RESIDENCE (COLLEGE HOUSE) FOR USE AS THE NEW SWINFORD
AREA OFFICES AT STATION ROAD, SWINFORD.
