TO CONSIDER REPORT DATED 20th DECEMBER, 2002, IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 8 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT) REGULATIONS, 2001, AND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 2001, IN RESPECT OF PRPOSAL FOR ROIGH PIER DEVELOPMENT.
