It was agreed to defer this Item to a Meeting of the Castlebar Area Committee for consideration.

 

ITEM  NO.  3.

TO CONSIDER REPORT DATED 20th DECEMBER, 2002, IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 8 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT) REGULATIONS, 2001, AND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 2001, IN RESPECT OF PRPOSAL FOR ROIGH PIER DEVELOPMENT.

TO APPROVE OF PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR NEWPORT SEWERAGE SCHEME.

“That we hereby approve Preliminary Report for Newport Sewerage Scheme dated 11th October, 2002, as circulated, subject to  -

Mr. J. Beirne, Dir. of Services / Co. Engineer, outlined details of the amended Mayo Sludge Management Plan.

It was agreed to defer this Item to enable the Garda Siochana to send a representative to a Meeting of the Council.

2003 – 2006.

 

Ms. A. McCarthy, Arts Officer, outlined details of Mayo County Council Draft Strategic Arts Plan 2003 – 2006.
