"Missing" Minutes
A Note About Minutes
Minutes are not official until they have been adopted at a Council meeting.
This means that the Minutes available online will always be "missing" the minutes from the last meeting.
But, non-adopted Minutes will be visible three days prior to the next meeting--when they are published with the upcoming meeting's Agenda.
For example, the February minutes won't be online until three days before the March meeting (when they're published for adoption). But, these won't be the "official" minutes for February until they've been formally adoted at the March meeting.
SPC and Electoral Area Meeting Minutes are similarly not official until adopted at the next meeting. View SPC and Electoral Area Meeting Minutes which have been scheduled to be Noted by the Council.
